Introduction
The automatic rebar tying machine is a kind of automatic packaging equipment, which integrates machine, electricity, and liquid. It is specially used for the collection of finished products in steel rolling plants (bar and profile) of the metallurgical industry.
It can be divided into the single winding type and double winding type according to the way of knotting, and it can be divided into profile type, bar type and other forms according to the strapping materials.
The automatic rebar tying machine has a low failure rate (less than one thousandth), long service life of spare parts and low production and operation cost.
It is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized bar packing. This machine uses high-speed wire rod with diameter from 5.5mm to 8mm as packing belt. It has the characteristics of safe use, high efficiency, large tightening force, good kinking quality, low failure and low maintenance cost.

Features
(1) The automatic bundling machine adopts the cylinder to tighten the wire rod, which greatly improves the tightening force of bundling (the tightening force is adjustable), and the package is tight and round.
(2) After the kink of the wire rod is completed, the racket device is added to reduce the degree of hanging and collision between the kink and equipment, and the quality of the kink is good.
(3) The pressure wheel of the wire feeding mechanism is adjusted and controlled by an oil cylinder, which makes wire threading simple and convenient; the wire rod conveying adopts double wheel structure, which increases the wire rod wrap angle and makes the wire rod conveying stable.
(4) The quality of the guide groove is guaranteed by the enlarged interface guide angle and the integral processing method of the guide groove. The guide wheel on the guide groove adopts the structure of suspension installation, so that the iron oxide scale of the wire rod can flow out automatically. Therefore, the problem of wire rod blocking is effectively solved to ensure smooth wire rod conveying.
(5) The unique patented technology of direct detection of wire rod in place is adopted to detect wire rod directly, which is accurate,reliable, and effectively solves the bundling fault caused by it.
(6) The pipes of the hydraulic system are installed with the ferrule, and the seals of the hydraulic cylinder are imported to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system and ensure no leakage of the hydraulic system.
(7) The automatic rebar tying machine is easy to install and only needs three items of 380V provided by the user.
